Nickname only
Please don't post real names, your employer, a site address or anyone else's details. Posts that do are hidden straight away.
We can't see who you are
These accounts hold no email address, and we don't track what you read. That also means we can't send a password reset — keep your nickname somewhere safe.
Report anything
Every post has a report button, including "I'm worried about this person". The writer isn't told who reported them.
Peer support, not a service
Moderators are people from the BesideYou team, not clinicians or crisis workers, and this isn't an emergency service.
